1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online appointment services and any other digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”) operated by The Pearl International Hospital (“TPIH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in the State of Qatar. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations of Qatar. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2.1 “User”, “you” or “your” refers to any person who browses, accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Site.
2.2 “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection (the “PDPPL”).
2.3 “Content” includes text, graphics, photographs, logos, videos, audio, software and all other materials appearing on the Site, whether owned by TPIH or licensed from third parties.
3.1 You agree to use the Site solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
3.2 You shall not: (a) post or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, threatening or otherwise objectionable; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other users’ accounts, or TPIH systems; (c) interfere with the proper working of the Site; or (d) reproduce, distribute or exploit any Content without TPIH’s prior written consent.
4.1 The Site may provide general health information for educational purposes only. Such information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition and before starting any new treatment.
4.2 TPIH makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any medical information on the Site, and assumes no liability for reliance placed on such information.
5.1 The online booking tool is provided as a convenience to schedule consultations. No online pre-payment is taken; all fees are settled at the hospital upon attendance.
5.2 You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when booking. You remain responsible for arriving on time, complying with clinical instructions, paying charges incurred, and updating us promptly if you need to cancel or amend an appointment.
6.1 All Content is protected by Qatari laws on copyright, trademark and related rights. You obtain no ownership rights by downloading or printing Content.
6.2 “TPIH” and related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of TPIH. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
7.1 TPIH processes Personal Data in accordance with the PDPPL.
7.2 Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and secure your Personal Data, and sets out your statutory rights (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, objection). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.
7.3 Health-related data is afforded special protection. We implement technical, organisational and administrative measures proportionate to the sensitivity of medical information, consistent with Article 9 of the PDPPL.

12.1 TPIH may revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
13.2 The courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms agreed by the parties.
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
