Ehsan Reda is a Registered Dietitian specializing in clinical nutrition and therapeutic diet planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the Lebanese International University and a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Beirut Arab University. With over a decade of experience, she has worked in prestigious institutions across Qatar and Lebanon, including Doha Clinic Hospital. She is certified in advanced HACCP, ISO22000, and pediatric nutrition and has conducted multiple professional seminars.
